Summary

Deletes and substitutes section 10 of the National Coroners Service Act to require a Coroner-General to be a citizen of Kenya, hold a law degree, be admitted to the roll of advocates, have at least ten years’ experience practising as a lawyer in Kenya, five years’ management experience, and hold a valid practising certificate.
