Amends the Investment Promotion Act, Employment Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act, Affordable Housing Act, Land Act and Anti-Counterfeit Act to create a conducive environment for doing business; provide for registration and facilitation of foreign direct investment; recognise remote locations as workplaces; reduce affordable-housing timelines; and provide for disposal of counterfeit goods, penalties, fixed Board terms and quorum.
